How to make...FRIED PORK WITH GREEN PEPPER(チンジャオロース)

Pork---150g
Green Pepper---6(M)
Bamboo Short---1(M)
Dry Shiitake---4(M)

1. Season meat with pepper and soy source before cooking.

2. Coat the meat with flour.

3. Fry the meat over a high flam in a pan.

4. Remove the meat in a pan.

5. Fry the green pepper and bamboo short and dry shiitake in the pan.

6. After that put meat on the pan, and mix Cook Do!!!!
